Thirteen plans published so far
A species-level problem harms humanity as a whole, and no single country can solve it. The list starts with the four problems most people name first and adds nine more that cause suffering on a similar scale.

The Big Four. War, starvation, poverty and climate change, each with a plan and a test of that plan against the world as it stood in September 2026.

Nine more. Global health, air and water, mental health, catastrophic risks, institutions, displacement, education, the rights of women and girls, and animal welfare.

The NHI factor. How the analysis would change if non-human intelligence is real, starting from what the public sources actually say and how far they agree.
How it works
From first draft to action
Every plan goes through the same four steps, and each published version says which step it has reached and when it was last brought up to date.

Draft. AI models write a first plan from published research and current data, with each figure linked to its source.

Test. The plan is checked against events as they stand, currently September 2026, and marked with that date.

Consult. Subject-matter experts review the draft in collaborative consultations and revise it. Each revision gets a new version number.

Implement. Members work with citizens and leaders to put the strongest parts of each plan into practice.
Why this exists
Doing the work in public
Many people say AI could help with the world's hardest problems. Here the plans are published, dated and versioned, so anyone can check the reasoning and help improve it.
The site also plans for a case most policy work leaves out: contact with non-human intelligence, now or as technology advances. We treat it as a low-probability, high-impact event and work out what it would change.
